The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has discovered that Tai Chi practice is a very cost effective and proven way to reduce falls. This class introduces practical changes you can make to your environment, your medications, and your attitude to reduce the causes of falls. It teaches you eight simple Tai Chi moves that help retain or regain the balance and posture you need to navigate your way through daily obstacles such as ice, throw rugs, and the grandkid’s Legos.
