This class will study two sets of Qi Gong exercises. The Shibashi form, which many of the Blue Heron Tai Chi students are already familiar with, and the Five Elements Qi Gong. The Five Elements Qi Gong explores the five elements: water, wood, fire, metal, and earth, and their associated internal organs, the kidneys, liver, heart, lungs, and spleen/stomach.
