Description
Tai Chi cane and staff forms, and theory with internationally renowned Master Jesse Tsao. Whether you’re new to the practice or a seasoned student, this is a rare opportunity to deepen your understanding of internal energy, healing movement, and martial applications.
There will be a two-hour break at noon for lunch. Please make your own arrangements for lunch.
We will have a limited number of canes and hiking staves available for use during class.
