Bone Breathing is a combination of Taoist meditation and isometric exercises that builds bone density. It can help with osteoporosis and speed the recovery of knee and hip replacements. This class is a six-week course that begins and ends with a live Zoom interview and delivers two videos per week. One video is a theory and explanation of the process, and the other video is an exercise guide.
