Open to: Anyone

This is the Yang Long Form (108 Moves) as taught by the Tung Family. The benefits of the regular practice of Tai Chi according to the Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi are: Reduced blood pressure, increased bone density, improved oxygen intake, reduced joint pain, increased stability. The adverse effects of Tai Chi are none. It isn’t for everyone, and some folks are on a different fork on the path. All the paths meet at one point.
